Rhodochrosite

Rhodochrosite is a very powerful healing stone that is particularly powerful regarding the heart, old heart breaks and old sexual traumas. It pushes us towards selfless love and compassion and helps us to see ourselves and those around us truthfully and openly. Rhodochrosite doesn’t shy away from dealing with the tough things, it helps us not to disassociate or run from the pain but instead to calmly look at them, acknowledge them and grow threw them. It is a very balanced stone helping us to balance both our feminine and masculine energies. It is a wonderful stone to use for meditating, psychology appointments and to keep nearby during sexual experiences to make sure we are listening to our needs and verbalising them instead of retreating into a place of trauma.
