Lepidolite is one of the most popular stones for working with trauma of all kinds, and for good reason. It helps us to clearly see our role in what happened and to ensure we aren't taking too much responsibility for that which is not our fault, and enough for what is to be able to avoid repeating harmful patterns. Helping us to filter anger, it allows us to feel it when we need to in a way that is righteous and helps us to look deeper at anger that may be displaced and process it. It is a very protective stone that helps us to keep our space safe and secure and to ensure that you are not accidentally manifesting negativity. Its is both one of my favourite stones and one of my most recommended.

Crystal chips are the small pieces of crystal that are saved after carving or shaping larger crystals. Them being a byproduct of carving makes them much more affordable while also being a nice quality stone, this affordability means you can have a large range of crystals in your collection to use for many different things without having to invest too much on a single stone. It is also wonderful for trialling a stone you have not worked with before investing in a larger piece. Often, they are underappreciated in the crystal community due to size, but their size is actually a huge benefit! Their small size makes them ideal for carrying with you, it makes them ideal for crystal gridding, spell jars and bags, making wards and making witchy crafts like candles.
